We are NOT affiliated with:

The Law Society, Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), The Legal Ombudsman, Kent Police, any other UK police force, Border Force, UK Visas and Immigration, or any government body. Police will not provide us with any information about your case unless you have personally instructed us to represent you.

What we do:

• Provide FREE legal representation at police stations under Legal Aid
• Attend police interviews and voluntary interviews
• Provide agency services to solicitor firms

What we CANNOT provide:

• Legal advice to anyone other than our instructed clients in custody
• Access to other solicitors' case management systems
• Intervention in cases handled by other legal representatives
• Complaint handling about other solicitors or representatives
• Information about cases where we are not instructed
• Information from or reports to regulatory bodies, police forces, or government agencies

• One-off court representation: We regret we cannot accept instructions for single court hearings. The legal aid fee structure for one-off court attendances (typically £75 for Magistrates' Court with payment often delayed 3-6 months) makes it economically unviable to provide this service while maintaining the quality representation our clients deserve. We focus exclusively on police station work where we can deliver exceptional value and immediate impact on case outcomes.
